The SRA Senior Search Practice incorporates much of the typical retained search into this product and tailors it to meet the modified search requirements desired by the client company, which leads to a reduced fee structure.
Candidates
The targeted candidate of the SRA Senior Search may be a specific targeted individual, executive or senior manager. The fee structure is 30% of compensation. Expected annual compensation is $100k and above.
Planning
The planning process involves the hiring executive and other company representatives such as senior managers, peers and subordinates, Human Resources and the SRA Senior Search recruiter and sourcing support team. Our senior recruiter develops a customized position specification, defines targeted individual, preferred company/industry and experience. The senior recruiter will direct and execute the full scope of the search cycle from initial project kick-off and planning through candidate on-boarding.
Implementation
The company has a history of cultivating successful candidates. Our senior recruiter will review initial candidate research with the hiring executive. Personal interviews will be conducted with the best-suited candidates (phone, in person and video conferencing).
Presentation of Candidates
There will be 3 to 4 finalists, a resume and written summary over 30 to 45 days. All interview arrangements will be made and coordinated by SRA. Our senior recruiter will participate in all planning sessions with the hiring executive/interview team on the evaluation process.
Pricing and Closure
SRA will negotiate and close the offer with the finalist candidate. There is a cancellation clause (commitment fee) and a 6-month guarantee. Prices at 30% of compensation. The minimum starting compensation is $100K.
