Planning

The planning process involves the hiring executive and other company representatives, senior managers, peers, subordinates, human resources, and the SANFORD ROSE ASSOCIATES Search Executive and members of the research, recruiting and sourcing support team. Our Senior Executive will direct and execute the full scope of the search cycle from initial project kick-off and planning through candidate on-boarding. We conduct searches and recruit nationwide based on the position specification, success profile and defined required targeted company/industry experience.


Implementation

The company has a history of cultivating successful candidates. Our executive recruiter screens candidates from the initial research. The field will be narrowed to a small select group of candidates through an extensive interview process in person and via video conferencing.


Presentation of Candidates

There will be 3 or more finalists, a resume and comprehensive written evaluation on each. All interview arrangements will be made and coordinated by SANFORD ROSE ASSOCIATES. Our senior search executive will participate in all planning sessions with the hiring executive/interview team on the evaluation process, promoting a "guest relations" approach.


Pricing and Closure

SANFORD ROSE ASSOCIATES will negotiate and close the offer with the finalist candidate. We will guide the chosen candidate through the resignation process and protect you against the possibility of counteroffer.
